George and Lorna Morgan would like to welcome you to their home at Lochview which is located on the banks of Little Loch Shin in the village of Lairg.  Lairg means “the meeting of roads” which makes it an ideal location for your holiday in the highlands as you can reach the North, West and East coasts in less than one hours drive (an hour and a half to John O’Groats).

Relax in spacious, comfortable four star en-suite rooms all with beautiful views overlooking Little Loch Shin. There is a large lounge and also a sunroom exclusively for guests.  The house has a wireless connection so you can check your e-mails or browse the internet on your own laptop computer.

The garden has many places where you can sit out and enjoy the wonderful views and watch the wildlife, 84 different bird species have been seen from the garden.  There is a Summer House in the garden from which you can enjoy the views regardless of the weather.  There are plenty of parking spaces at the back of the house and secure space for cycles.

To ensure the comfort of all guests smoking is not allowed inside the house.  Evening meals are available if booked in advance.  Lochview is open all year except for the Christmas and New Year period. 

The house is unsuitable for children under 14 years.

We are no longer accepting guests' pets in the house. We would have no objections to pets remaining in owners' vehicles whilst here provided the pets are properly controlled.
